My friend is getting married in about a month. She loves going to spas and getting gift vouchers for massages etc. I want to make up a gift basket of gorgeous skincare products, oils and nice candles for the home.

Do you think that's an appropriate gift for a couple? Am I being selfish about making sure my friend is getting what she wants. Will her husband think it's a weird wedding gift?

i think as long as it's good quality products, the guy should be OK about that gift.

I bought a similar gift for a couple recently. It was a gorgeous gift pack from Jo Malone. There was a candle... some cologne for him, some room spray and some body creme for her. Apparently the guy is really into his new cologne, so the gift was appreciated by both (or else they just being polite and hated the gift!)

I think its fine as long as the gift pack includes mens stuff as well

body products are fine. my BF secretly uses my body cremes on his dry elbows, so men do find them useful gifts... just most wouldn't admit it
